She explained us numerous things about female body, procedures etc as when needed, which made us more confident about the progress of the pregnancy. I used to carry a list of questions to every consultation, and ma’am answered each n every one of them with patience.
During my last sem, she proactively used to ping and ask me about my well being. Overall it was a beautiful experience, Dr Priyanka made it smoother and calmer.

I visited the doctor for removal of abscess in a sebaceous gland cyst. The experience was very soothing right from the start. He explained everything about the surgery in detail before expertly performing it. There was a lot of transparency and frankness in his treatment. I used to visit the clinic very often post surgery for dressing changes. Dr Gaurav Bansal patiently answered my numerous queries day after day. The treatment and healing of my abscess went off so well that I would look forward to my clinic visits. Despite his experience and expertise he is very humble and approachable. Our experience with Dr. Gaurav is nothing short of exceptional as the treatment and procedure was explained lucidly and he supported us in the hospital admission process as well. He guided us properly such that we didn't have to spend much time in diagnostics and could manage the surgery in our most convenient schedule.
