Very patient first of all... And makes u feel comfortable immediately... U feel as if u r speaking to some1 u r very familiar with which is very imp in things lyk this n makes u get out things with ease... Her approach is very result oriented... Though I've hd only a couple of sessions with her... I'm impressed by her approach... She makes u alter ur thought process or say, the chain of thoughts dat ultimately lands u in the anxious state of mind(Taking example of my own case)... Just amazing... Looking forward to having a few more sessions when my situation n circumstances permit... In a nut shell, be an open urself completely, hide nothing at all.... And just relax...n do what she says... Dr Esha had been more than a therapist to me
