Never ever try to book an appointment with this doctor. She made us wait for almost 1 hr and 30 minutes for * ***** appointment. Attitude is really bad, never care for patient. Please think 2 times before you book any appointment with CDAS

We are sorry you had to wait. Firstly, we did not get any intimation from Practo regarding the appointment. For us it was a walk-in consultation. The doctor was busy with an already planned surgery and attended to your daughter as soon as the surgery was completed. Secondly, regarding care given to patient, your daughter and wife spent more than an hour of total time in the doctors chamber during which a thorough examination was done, the child and mother were counselled for dilatation and multiple queries of the mother were answered till she was comfortable with the procudure. Even after dilatation a thorough examination was done and again multiple queries were answered and the patient and her mother left the doctor's chamber happy. For the next appointment we would request you to kindly inform us directly even after blocking a slot in Practo to avoid inconvinience. We hope that all your concerns have been addressed and are once again sorry for the inconvinience caused inadvertantly.

Hoped for better: Wait time

It took about five hours against two hours as told by the Doctor. Waiting time was three hours extra. This is when, I was the only patient as the doctor herself came after two hours. This needs to be looked into seriously.
