I went there to consult Dr. on 18-07-2021.

I explained everything to the Dr and she was very patient in listening.

She gave me some non-labled capsules and one container with label for Liver funtioning.

She gave me Capsules for Relax (In an open Plastic Pouch without any label), Capsules for Sleep (In an open Plastic Pouch without any label), Capsules for Liver (in a container with a label). One Chavanprash and Herbal Tea (Both packed and Labled)

I consulted Dr again but she couldnt make anything out of it.

So i stopped taking those medicines and consulted my allopathic dr *** ** ******* ** ** **** ****** ***** ********* ******************* * **** * *** **** ** ********

After this episode, i called her to return the medicines since it did not suit me at all.

She totally refuse to take it back even the unopened sealed Chavanprash and Herbal tea (forget about the capsules in pouch).

She is totally unreliable. and would force you to take medicines made by her ****** ** **** *** ******* *** ***************** She Charged me Rs. 5,000 (Her Consultation and Medicines included)*** **** ** *** **** ********* ********** ** ***** *** **** **** *** ** *************

Great experience as a first timer with Ayurvedic treatment. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Dr Sushmita was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how She really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. She makes most of the medicines herself with top quality ingredients which are really effective. Also, My whole family got infected with covid-19 and during that period when no other doctor was available even during day time she understood my situation and replied on WhatsApp even at midnight. Also, sent all necessary medicines to my place whenever required. She treats you with at most professionalism at the same time considering you as family. I had a great experience and the doctor’s demeanour has really put me to ease therefore, I will recommend Dr. Sushmita to everyone.
