Pathetic! Doctor wasn’t in the city when we visited basis our appointment. She made herself available on Practo throughout the day, but was unavailable. Always double check before scheduling with the lady! Her assistant who was in the clinic didn’t bother telling either. Highly unprofessional. Round trip costed me an hour and frustration in abundance. Wouldn’t recommend.

Firstly, I was asked to come at 4.15 when the doctor came at 5.15.

The doctor wrote a very long prescription for dry skin recommending face wash of Rs 4500, moisturiser of 4500 and many more products totalling 15000. Then she suggested peels each for Rs 3000 with 25% discount. Later, I was told that peels are for 8000 and no discount if I take 3 peels. When i expressed my concern that as a middle class perspn, I cannot buy a facewash of Rs 4500 and requested to change to more pocket-friendly products, the doctor simply refused to meet and her staff disappeared.

Then very rudely I was told to go and buy Cetaphil from chemist.

Outrightly high-handed approach. Just not for middle class.

Dr. Dipti have made sure that I was always given the best care available. Your compassionate attention and professional care assured that am in my comfort zone while taking PRP sessions and am really happy with the results.

Dr.dhillon was friendly and she explained my problem areas along with the solutions well. She's very knowledgeable about her subject and she makes it easy for a layman to understand the technicality.
