We also made sincere efforts to address your concerns. The shade matching was attempted twice to ensure your satisfaction. When you were still not satisfied, we provided you with a high-quality PFM crown fabricated by a qualified dental laboratory. Despite these efforts, you have continued to post negative reviews about our clinic. As a gesture of goodwill, we even offered you the option of a full refund, which you declined. We are unsure which clinic previously provided a PFM crown for ₹4,500, as most reputable clinics typically charge between ₹6,000 and ₹10,000 depending on materials and lab quality. Our team performed the treatment with full care and professionalism and always strives to provide the best possible care to every patient.
