Varenya Clinic, Vasundhara

Dr. Promila is a very supportive, caring doctor and expert in her domain. Few days ago my wife was suggested for some laparoscopic related surgery and based on our residence she has suggested few hospitals where we can get the same done. We have finalized Prem Dharam hospital vasundhara as it was near one and in any case Promila mam would be doing the surgery. I was expecting a Cashless hospitalization as it was corporate medical policy and followed all the possible procedure hospital has asked. However the claim was denied with some reason and hospital has taken all the charges from me in cash.

Dr. Promila visited after surgery at around 10PM and while leaving asked if have any issue , I said that no issue, just the claim was denied and she stopped and came back for more information. She asked for the total bill, called hospital people and did all kind of fight to reduce the bill.

The 15k Was refunded, Amount is just a figure, Now a days assumption are like Doctors only to get profits where Dr Promila was fighting to reduce the bill from hospital where both party was important to each other. Hats off you Mam. Every one should learn from you to have feeling and understanding for their patients. Thanks for all your support !!! UTTAM

I and my family members, we are always satisfied with the treatment of Dr Bharti. She thoroughly understands the problem and provides a treatment for it. He also gives the right kind of explanation and solutions. ** **** *** **** *********** ********* ****** **** *** ***** ********* I have consulted many doctors before each one of them only gave me a bunch of medicines to consume but, my problem was never solved. And after I visited him he advised me the right thing and told the root cause of the problem. Being a doctor, he could have given me a list of medicines to eat but he explained me that I don’t have a major disease and I don’t need any such medications. And that was a very generous thing. Apparently my overall experience was really good and I would say he is a excellent doctor.

I am from Chennai. Have looked out for a friendly doctor in Vasundhara. I have visited Promila mam for my second pregnancy from 5th month. She made my pregnancy tension-free and smooth. She always make myself comfortable in every visit. She explained every issue more understandablely. Finally, I have blessed with Baby girl through C-section as I had C-section for my first baby. I did my D&C through Dr. Promila.. Before the procedure she said it would be very risky if it is not to be done through ultrasound examination. On the OT she said there is no facilities in this hospital. She treated me coz I share my financial problems I thought she'll understand as it is very disappointing. Without any reason she denied to see me for further followup bcoz I just had discussed my problems.. Apart from this, she is very supportive and cooperative. **** *** ** *** **** **** *** last year she handled my complicated case she is the only one but now she disappointed me I can't understand her why she do that if patient have some problems he or she have the right to say or share with the dctr.. But she don't even listen my problems she clearly denied to see her patient after given her treatment.. This is totally wrong with anyone like me. Even she knows my medical history well. This behavior is not good with me. Today I came on her clinic she denied & instructed to her staff she won't treat me in future. How a dctr do that with her patient. How a dctr behave like that..

Dr. Promila is very experienced and she provided us with the best possible advice and treatment. She responded every time whenever I disturbed her, even in the lockdown times. She guided us throughout the pregnancy journey of my wife. She only suggested necessary medicines and tests during the journey. I am really thankful to her ..I am blessed.
