I cannot begin to thank Dr Vidhi for how she has helped me evolve as a person. I started seeing her in June 2020 following some serious issues with my personal life. I have seen a significant difference in my self and how I have started to handle those situations which used to agitate and disturb my behaviour previously and how my reaction to those unfavourable circumstances has now mellowed down for the best. She has in-depth knowledge and understanding of human behaviour . She has helped me understand myself better and I look forward to my sessions with her after which I feel so much more at peace with myself and my interpersonal relationships.

I have been in touch with the doctor for about 3 months now and am really glad that I found her. She is very friendly, understanding and talking to her about my issues makes me feel helped. I was a little hesitant about this in the initial sessions but she made me feel welcome and comfortable . Her assignments are very beneficial and allow me to actually put in some thoughts.

The counseling sessions have helped me a lot and I can feel the changes and with the help of the consultant, I can also figure out as well as work on my problems. Overall the sessions are great and anyone who is having these underlying problems should consider a session or two

I was looking for a therapist/counsellor after a bad experience with a psychiatrist cum counsellor and my friend suggested I go to Dr.Vidhi. She surely valued the time given to me and heard me out without interruption. Dr. Vidhi made me see the emotionaI issues that I have been facing, due to a bad childhood, with lucidity. She was able to pinpoint the root cause because of which I was able to let go off all the burden that I was carrying since childhood. It was a very good experience and learning of my life. She let me describe myself and then helped me find my way out. The sessions are good as you are asked to come up with a bit of homework which helps you understand yourself better. She also made sure I am applying the therapy in daily life and getting better by myself and giving me more confidence. I feel much better and have strong believe in myself now.

Dr. Vidhi gupta is such a friendly doctor and she always make me feel very comfortable. I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues with out being rushed and she explains u everything in detail.
