We recently had the most wonderful experience at Krishna Family Hospital during maternity, delivery, and post-delivery care, and we are beyond grateful for the outstanding services and facilities provided by Dr. Richa Gupta and the hospital staff. Every aspect of our journey, from the moment we arrived until my spouse's discharge, was exceptional.

The labour and delivery rooms (Operation Theatre) are spacious, modern, and designed with the mother's comfort in mind. One suggestion for improvement is the toilet in the private room.

Exceptional medical staff

Dr. Richa Gupta and the entire medical team were phenomenal. Dr. Richa Gupta is not only highly skilled and experienced but also incredibly compassionate, attentive, and friendly. We personally observed that during our entire journey, she never encouraged any undesirable practices to overcharge her patients. She has always given us sufficient time to address our concerns and answer all our queries during pregnancy.

Comprehensive Care

The nursing staff deserves special mention for their dedication and professionalism. They were always available, providing continuous support and encouragement. Their experience with vaccination is so soft that my spouse, even my newborn, has not felt pinching pain or any bumps post-vaccination.

In summary, our experience at Krishna Family Hospital with Dr. Richa Gupta and the entire team was great. Their dedication to providing the best maternity care is truly commendable. I highly recommend Dr. Richa Gupta to any expectant mother for her stress-free maternity and gynecology treatment.

We blessed with a cute little boy I can never thank Dr. Richa Gupta enough for bringing the most beautiful moment of my life **** **** *****. I visited the Krishna family Hospital for a Hernia surgery I was very impressed by the quality of service and care I received. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The hospital was clean, well-equipped, and organized. The doctor who examined me was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to improve my health and lifestyle. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and the billing process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical attention or consultation.

If you're going to OT or if you don't have time to attend patient don't take fee.

Hi ... before one day i visited to Dr.Richa Gupta for my wife gynec problem before you reach to doctor staff will take Full fee through QR code or cash. In my case i do same and after payment staff said doctor is going to OT and when I reached to doctors cabin (Richa Gupta) she was in hurry without any check up she prescribed me expansive medicine (cost of medicine was 2000 rs for 7 days ) and said to my wife take all medicines for 7 days and after 7days i will do ultrasound. This is very disappointing. In case of emergency or if you don't have time just cancel the appointment and don't take fee. and Just send one message to patient you appointment is rescheduled due to some emergency. That's it.

My wife was having terrible pain, I went to Krishna Family Hospital, Dr Richa Gupta saw her and she was diagnosed ruptured ectopic pregnancy. It was a Sunday afternoon, despite of that we got a smooth care, within 1 hour of us in hospital, my wife shivangi was taken for the life saving operation. Operation was done laparoscopically, next day my wife is getting discharged, 2unit of blood was transfused, I thank Dr Richa for saving life of my wife from the bottom of my heart. Staff is also so caring. I recommend this place for great operation skills n care.

Dr. Richa gupta made my mother in law's who is 75 years old hysterectomy surgery journey comfortable and successful. The doctors were skilled and empathetic, taking the time to understand my concerns and providing personalized care. She explained the procedure in detail, alleviating my fears. She team provided excellent post-operative care, making sure I had a smooth recovery. She was available to answer my questions and offer support throughout the process. Thanks to Dr. Richa gupta , I am now free from the medical condition that was affecting my mother in law's life. I highly recommend to Dr. Richa gupta. As well as All staff are very carefully and helpful. So I am very happy to Krishna family hospital.

Even with a double cord around the baby’s neck, the doctor managed everything calmly and ensured a safe normal delivery.
