I am having a great experience at Healthyfy, I have lost around 4 kgs (I'm still in the programme, will share the update after it is completed.)They're all really great at what they do. The diet chart they give is completely ghar ka khana and customised to according to your needs. It is a sustainable method which a person can follow life long. No crash dieting...No fad diets which are unsustainable and unhealthy in the long run.Plus my Dietician Dt. Lata Ma'am is really attentive and sweet, she listens to my needs and changes any item in the diet with another healthy and tasty option when I ask her. Dt. Khushi Ma'am is also a really sweet person, she calls regularly to motivate and ask about how the diet and physical activities are going, and whether I'm facing any problems. Talking to her feels like talking to a friend. And, one more thing you can always ask if you feel like you want to consult Dr. Dt. Sheenu Ma'am, she'll always meet you and patiently listen to and help with your issue.

Dr Sheenu is a great motivator. She not only gives you a perfect diet but also treats you as a friend.I have lost 5 Kg in 1 Month. Would surely recommend her..After 3 Years.I visited Dr Sheenu @ HealthFy Solution in 2017. And had taken 6 Months Diet Program. back then I was around 107 kg's.With her perfect personalized diet and specially customized to Satisfy your Taste Buds and that to every week..Helped me Drastically Improve my Lifestyle, I also reduced 24kg and Helped me reduce my hypertension issues as well.My Bod fat was drastically reduced as well, improved my Body Movements, Flexibility and agility. Felt Good and More Confident.From the verge of Obseity, I came to being Fit. And All thanks to Dr Sheenu Sanjeev Mam & HealthFy Solution.The best part is I have been able to maintain it as well. I am very satisfied with their diet plan. Healthyfy solutions team have highly qualified and helpful dieticians. Dr Sheenu maam is always there to guide, Dr Lata maam make best diet plans and gives variety of meals to help in weight loss easier and faster. In addition they also motivate us to easily follow our diet, Dr Khushi is always there to motivate me. Earlier i was struggling to lose weight but now in only 1 month they helped me to loose 4kg. I am very grateful to healthyfy team they are the best.

Deepshika mam has been my dietician for about 3 months, her carefully devised diet plan helped me lose around 11 kgs. of weight in the course of 3 months and continuing to loose weight. I attained the following results: Weight Loss - 11 KgInches Loss - Quite significant (Old Clothes fit easily and I love that) Sugar -  6.2 to 5.7 Hba1C BP - High to Normal Muscle Gain - Quite Significant (Very imp to have)

In late Jan 2021 I wad prediabetic in Hb1ac reports, excessive weight, low energy levels, pain in the back. Took diet and nutrition consutlation from Deepshikha . That was one of the best decisions of my life. After three months of diet plan, I reduced 18 kgs, became non diabetic, more energetic, all my pains gain, snoring gone. Not only I learnt mindful eating, this is a way of life they teach us here. I am managing my diet myself now. At present I am 22 kgs down from my earlier weight. Thanks again .

I consulted Healthyfy team for my weight issues , I was putting on weight despite my regular exercise n healthy eating .Iwas unable to loose extra weight despite best of the efforts since last 2 yrs . I thought I hv to eat less n exercise more for loosing weight but after I met dietician Deepshikha frm team Healthyfy i got to know i was eating very less food since years . She gave me diet plan with simple readily available home food n cleared my doubts n I hv started loosing weight despite eating more n exercising the way I used to do previously. I lost 2.6 kg in 1 month n feeling better n motivated . Awesome experience with dr sheenu i was reffered by a friend in gym as i had a weight loss issues n a lot of medical issues like pcod, slipdisc, deficiency of nutirients etc i was stuck and tired of struggling a lot . Then i met dr sheenu and explain my issues she was so positive n simple person and just motivate me and gave one week diet chart to follow along with gym exercise after following one week diet i too got amazed by seeing my results i lost 2 kg in a week and the diet was soo simple to follow i just follow

Guys, just go for it, even if for a second you have a doubt. Let me share my experience, It has been a wonderful journey with Dr Dt Sheenu and Team. One of it kind. My father was enormously huge and completely out of senses, we thought for him the time has come and that is where I thought of reaching out to Dr Sheenu as I met her in a workshop. He was at 125.5 Kg when we started medication and he was at 111.5 Kg when we put him on clinical diet, he is at 93.5 Kg when I am writing this post. All we did was replicate the guidance given Thank you 😊 for the support.
