After having a injury in my right shoulder while bowling. It was really a painful situation for me at that time even my shoulder was not moving up again after that.
I remember my father was very worried after saw my situation, we both met our nearest orthopaedic doctor. He done some test's and next day inform that I don't have any major problem, you just need physical therapy and exercises.
After having the doctor reference we visited the physiotherapy clinic name "HCAH physiotherapy clinic" same day and met Dr. Ashish there.
He analyses my problem by doing their checkup and tests and suggested for 15 days treatment.
Till today i have taken 13 days of treatment and now I can say i'm having good control over my shoulder again in terms of rotation, still 2 days treatment is left.
I'm very much impressed with the treatment quality, equipment's and clinic environment.

My mother went for physiotheraphy for 20 days but instead of improving her conditioned worsened and she has now tissue damage due to wrong exercise. All my money is wasted an incurring more due to treatment of broken tissue
