I visited Dr. Parul for childhood emotional neglect.. narcissistic abuse .. negative beliefs like I am not good enough. I am so happy having visited Dr. Parul. I had traumatic childhood and those attachment styles were hindering my present life decisions. Although I have been doing meditation and physical exercises, still relationships was like a roller coaster for me .
