We came across Dr. Monica on Practo. Like every other patient we were looking for reliable doctor. We Visited her first back in 2019. Since then for any issue related to skin and hair we don't have to think twice before booking appointment.
Best thing is she writes substitutes for medicine and you can buy which is available in the market and best suits your pocket and will definitely give you result. My acne stopped finally with her prescribed medicine only ( not any treatment) after almost 3 yrs and changing various doctors. You can trust her blindly. Only thing I suggest is Practo still shows her fee Rs 600 however now it is 700 for a visit.

Despite following everything carefully, I did not see any improvement in my condition. There was no noticeable progress in my treatment, which was very disappointing considering the time, money, and trust I invested.

Dr. Monica listened patiently about the issue being faced and asked various questions in order to probe and understand the problem being faced better. She went through the other recent prescriptions in order to find out if the rashes are because of any medicine reaction.
She explained possible reason for the cause of skin rashes and prescribed medicines accordingly.

Went for my spouse’s skin treatment. First of all doctor is good in her line of treatment with us. The problem arises when I was not able to claim OPD expenses from my insurance in absence of legitimate prescription and bills. These documents do not have pre-printed registration numbers on them. The doctor and her office needs to look at this. I will definitely not visit the doctor again as I got hit by additional medical expenses inspire others carrying an insurance. I would prefer to go somewhere else in future. The staff is also ignorant of the requirements of insurance.
