Ms. Gulshan Bahl

Dr. Bahl comes across as a great human being and wonderful person. Her homely clinic makes you feel at ease at the first place. With her one can be fully assured of being in safe hands. Given her rich experience she diagnoses the individual with dexterity.

She is an artist first and then a doctor. An artist because she practices her profession with the passion of an artist.

Her guidance over the last four months have helped me loose near to 16 kgs. Started at 96Kgs and today weigh 80.2kgs.

I would definitely recommend her to all who are equally passionate about getting back to shape. Her diet plans don't actually feel like being on diet but more about eating right and in a manner that ones body responds positively.

I'm looking forward to loose those additional ounces in the next few weeks and then maintaining a healthy way of life which is what I've learnt in the last 4 months, which somewhere in the so called rat race which we all run day in and day out to, knowingly we tend to loose track of and invite weight gain and along with that other related challenges. Dr.Mam is a very nice person first, and then she is a doctor.I visted her a month ago for weight loss, after pregnancy i was quiet overweight. I had done brisk walk, running on trademill, control on eating but nothing worked. So decided to consult a Dietition. Before visiting mam,i spoke to many well known Dietitions but nobody gave me the guarantee of loosing the desired weight in 2 months tym but she was so very much confident that i will. From last one month till now i have already lost 6kgs :-D by following her diet and still loosing weight by following her diet only.Her diet consits only tasty food

Doctor is friendly and polite .She has asked all my food habits and medical issues. My weight was not reducing although I was eating very less . After a long conversation she concluded that I am suffering from insulin resistance problem and recommend me diet accordingly .This is called experience I have reduced 7 kg in 2 months with this problem.It is a fantastic achievement for me. Still continuing and really thankful to doctor.
