Painful Lump on forehead

My mother hurt herself in the forehead about 1 year back by banging into one of the wooden doors at home. At that time she had pain, swelling and bruising in the forehead just above the right eyebrow. The lump originated at that time but over the course of time it got suppressed and vanished on its own. Recently, about a week back, the lump resurfaced and has become really painful. Unfortunately, we're not even sure of which specialty to approach for this. Since the original injury was related to bones, posting this question under the same category. Please suggest the right specialty to approach for this and also the best course of action with some probables of what kind of diagnostic tests are required and a probable diagnosis too. Thanks.

Low back pain

Hello, Few years back i was having lower back pain on my right side. I think it came due to improper lifting or pushing a heavy object. I felt pain after walking long distances and for few minutes in bed. Pain was there for few years. I started physiotherapy for it. It was there after i did physio exercises. Then after i left physio in few months it went away. Now it has completely gone. I can walk long distances with no pain and i cant feel any pain in lower back. Was it a muscle spasm or something else? I never went to any doctor as the pain was always mild. Can i continue gymming exercises?? I am not doing lower back exercises from some time. Should i do those exercises regularly. Please suggest..
