Allo Sexual Health Clinic, Kacheripady

I visited Dr. Ashika for depression and stress management she took time to understand my situation instead of rushing through the appointment. The combination of medication and counseling recommendations worked well for me and I'm grateful for her support.

I had a very positive experience with the sexologist. The consultation was handled professionally and with complete confidentiality. The waiting time was reasonable, and I appreciated the clear and detailed explanations throughout the consultation. I felt comfortable discussing sensitive concerns, and everything was explained in a respectful and understanding manner. Overall, a professional and reassuring experience.

In our family going to a psychiatrist is something people whisper about, so my biggest worry was not the treatment, it was someone finding out. I want to say clearly for anyone with the same fear that the clinic is discreet, the waiting area is small and private, and the reception asks nothing uncomfortable in front of others. Reminders come only to your own phone. I have been coming for four months now and nobody in my family knows unless I choose to tell them. Dr Ashika respected that from the very first conversation. If privacy is what is stopping you, that fear is bigger than the reality
