Mr. Utkarsh Yadav

Mr Utkarsh Yadav is a counselling psychologist with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. He has extensively worked with clients who have felt hopelessness, sadness, low self-esteem, social anxiety, emotional dependence, relationship problems and behavioural difficulties. Certified in trauma-informed care, he has been upfront in providing psychological first aid to people from varied age groups and demography, who feel stuck in life or feel troubled in their day-to-day living. His area of expertise lies in guidance and counselling for anxiety issues, anger management, stress reduction, coping with depression, managing relationship conflicts, and workplace stress. Mr Utkarsh also provides specialized career counselling to young adults facing problems in their academics, career progression and career transition. He is also experienced in guiding clients with work-life balance, team building skills, leadership qualities, and stress management. With the help of relaxation techniques, and using an eclectic approach while focusing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt and Rogerian therapies, he assists people in effectively managing their tough times and bringing peace to their life.
