I consulted Dr. Sharvi on recommendation from a friend(one of her acquaintances had PCOD &Thyroid issues and was able to easily conceive and had strongly recommended Dr. Sharvi). I had no particular health issue. But I was over weight by 6kgs and I was looking to lose weight before I wanted to try and conceive. I wanted to start the journey to motherhood with a good health foundation. I started out in January though there wasn't much movement on the scale initial 3 months(about 1kg less) my Haemoglobin which was always between 8-10 came consistently to 12 and HBA1C which was at 5.5 came to 5.1. The magic happened in the next 2 months when I lost 3 kgs. More than the reduction in weight it was the change in bodyfat percentage that kept me hooked it reduced from 35% to 28%(no change in exercise just dietary changes). Soon after within another 2 months I got the clearance from gynae, I have conceived and my OB/GYN is very happy with my blood work and weight.
