Hi I'm Shaini, 40 years old female. I consulted Dr. Sharvi on recommendation from a friend(one of her acquaintances had PCOD &Thyroid issues and was able to easily conceive and had strongly recommended Dr. Sharvi). I had no particular health issue. But I was over weight by 6kgs and I was looking to lose weight before I wanted to try and conceive. I wanted to start the journey to motherhood with a good health foundation. I started out in January though there wasn't much movement on the scale initial 3 months(about 1kg less) my Haemoglobin which was always between 8-10 came consistently to 12 and HBA1C which was at 5.5 came to 5.1. The magic happened in the next 2 months when I lost 3 kgs. More than the reduction in weight it was the change in bodyfat percentage that kept me hooked it reduced from 35% to 28%(no change in exercise just dietary changes). The doctor address your problems thoroughly and explain the step wise solution to each issue. She is quite knowledgeable about the effect of each ingredient in diet. Overall it was very satisfying consulation.
