Ms. Sampada Kathuria

I went to Sampada almost two months ago with my life problems and today i cannot function without her. She's made my life simple and my problems are slowing going away. She is a great listener and she makes it a point to give you her honest and blunt opinion which I can tell you with experience is exactly what you need. She will never not be there for you when you need her and you can always always find a great friend in her which is the key to everything related to peace and happiness . After attending some therapy sessions with her I can definitely say Dr. Sampada is very good at her work. She is very friendly and empathetic. She has always created a very comfortable, friendly and a safe environment to open up and has explained everything very clearly. She listens everything calmly and analyses things very well. She has guided me not only for the present situation and to deal with my emotional/mental state but also has guided/guiding me to be in a continuous phase of growing strong and finding a better version of myself. My overall experience with her is very pleasant and helpful.

Very seldom do you come across a person who understands you inside out in a very small time. Dr Sampada Kathuria mam is one of those very very few people. I have never been more relieved and content after discussing my problem with someone. She carefully and patiently listens to your issues and understands your problems and provides you with the most beneficial and effective solution. You will automatically think of her much more like a friend than a doctor, that too a close friend. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a genuine help. Don't think twice before approaching her..u won't ever regret your decision, especially those who are going for the first time.

I was dealing with major anxiety issues and couldn’t deal with it any further that is when I got in touch Samapda. In all honesty, if it wouldn’t have been for her I don’t think I got of gotten rid of it this soon. I never knew it would be this easy to let all the inhibitions go. She was very patient through out the session. It didn’t feel like I was seeing her for the first time, I opened up with her in no time and I was really comfortable. I felt blissful after talking my heart out. She’s the sweetest. It was the first time for me with her and the last time too as a therapist but definitely not my last time with her as a friend. I would recommend her to everyone who ever needs a therapist. She did wonders for me. I hope she does the same for each one of you.

I have had amazing experiences from the sessions we have had and I feel like a person who has learned something new every time I visited Dr. Sampada's clinic. I have been in therapy for many years now and I am very happy to say that anyone who is considering taking therapy, can come here and feel better. The sessions are worth it and you will be better in a short time. Hypnosis sessions have also been very good and doctor Sampada has a range of skill sets needed for this profession. Most certainly I would recommend people to go to her clinic if you are struggling with your mental health.

I’ve been in therapy with doc for more than a month. The kind of quality each session has is very very fulfilling to me. It’s beyond me how even from the first session itself she has been able to point out reasons behind certain problems I’ve been having for a long time, she explains the issues well and tells me new ways to cope with said issues, easy and unique ways.

I feel very comfortable opening up and talking about my issues and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to try a session with doc you won’t regret it.

I cried through most of my first session with Dr. Sampada in May 2021 and I am not a person who expresses their emotions freely. I was new to therapy and highly skeptical about the process but I decided to trust her and keep working on myself.

Since then it has been a continuous journey of self recognition, acceptance and development. She makes you feel seen, heard and validates your feelings.

I highly suggest you try talking to her once even if you’re not sure whether therapy is the way for you to heal.

The best part is that she is not just a doctor and a mentor..but also a wonderful person ( she goes out of her way to take care of her patients ..I really find this rare and admirable ) ...Her greatest strength lies in that wonderful ability to understand each person and their uniqueness and to bring out the absolute best in them. I have been struggling for the past 3 years with stress and anxiety...but thanks to her.. I have now started introspecting and looking at things in a different light... And my academics have gotten much better and I am continually working on my stress and anxiety . Can't really thank her enough for her kind help and wonderful support! I visited Dr Sampada with no specific agenda as self diagnosis and Google teachings often confuse us and I thankfully had come to conclusion by then that I needed a specialist intervention. Dr Sampada initiated discussions like a normal chat, comforted me, picked up my trauma and then made me do certain exercise post which I could feel the difference. It was my life's biggest emotional release and her follow ups sessions are to be applauded as well. I thank her for the support & determination she reflects towards healing of her patients :)

I contacted Dr Sampada through practo only.Since that was the first time i consulted any psychologist so i cant say about the session.After A long waiting time she gave me the appointment.As i visited her she told me that she is able to deal with the patients till the age of 35 only (that was strange).

I was suffering frm depression sort of thing so i didn't understand the need of handwriting analysis.I narrated my entire story to her.After a month when i contacted her again for next session she told me directly that she wont be able and i should search some other therapist who can CATER my needs.*** ********* *** ********** ************** * ********For person who is already dealing with emotional issues this is not a sustainable behaviour.** *** *** * ****** ********** **** *** *** **** ** **** **** ******* ******** *** *** ****** *** ** **** ** **** **** ** *** ******** ********** **** ********** *** **** ********Her behaviour was completely insensitive and wierd.she wasted my time and money *** **** ** **** **** ****** ****** ** *** *** ** i didnt searched for any other therapist as was relying on her.** ******* ******* ***** **** ******** ** ******** ***** **** ** *** * ********** *** ******* **** **** ***** * ***** **** *** ******** *** *** ******* **** ********* ************* *** ** **** *********
