Ms. Rashi Sinha

Rashi completed her graduation in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. She pursued her masters in Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences- Mumbai, with specialization in Clinical psychology. Having worked in diverse settings such as psychiatry department of a government hospital, an elder-care facility and children’s homes, she has the experience of working with people from different age groups and cultural backgrounds. She has engaged in a wide range of clinical tasks such as client assessment, counseling and designing interventions based on different theoretical models at both the individual and the group level.Her master's dissertation on resilience among rural children has strengthened her belief in community mental health. She was invited to present her work at 'Pathways to Resilience' Conference in Cape Town, South Africa. Rooted in positive psychology, she extends this strengths-based perspective in her therapy practice as well. Clients feel more in touch with their own abilities and resilience, and deep down more hopeful of what is to come after their therapeutic journey with Rashi. Rashi is a fellow at Changelooms LLJ- supported by Pravah, CAF India, and Oracle. She is being mentored under the Women Entrepreneurship and Empowerment program at IIT Delhi.
