I wasn't sure what to expect from therapy but my sessions with you have been invaluable. Before meeting her I was on medications which had more side effects than benefits thank you for helping me get rid of those medications and making me realise the power of self love and care, thank you so much ma'am. You made me feel completely at ease discussing anything that was on my mind. Your patience, understanding and guidance has enabled me to handle difficult situations. dr rajni is incredible. she has been great care of my autistic son who had taken therapy from all the center of delhi but she had done miracle in her. he has been changed like anything and started going to normal school. sitting has been increased and started talking wonderful commands from teachers and us.

I am a working professional aged around 48. I was going through horrible times and then I met Dr Rajni Adlakha. She came as an angel into my life. I was on anti depressants for months as I was depressed and under constant anxiety. I could not sleep even after taking sleeping pills. The best decision ever I took was to go for her personal counselling sessions. Her counselling and the techniques that she suggested have helped me so much that I am off medicines now. What a difference a year makes.My son has come so far since he started at Pankhudi Care Center. It has been more than a year since he has started his therapy with Ms Rajni Adlakha. He joined her in March 2019 but due to covid he had break for couple of months. Despite of that, he speaks so much more than he did when he started again and it’s definitely made a difference on how he handles stress. He doesn’t have nearly as many tantrums or crying jags, and he handles issues so much better. It’s made my life so much easier in that I can take him to more places now and he behaves better as opposed to when we used to just stay home to avoid public meltdowns. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pankhudi Care Center and his therapist Ms Rajni Adlakha who has applied amazing strategies of ABA and Behaviour therapy.
