I felt heard and was given tailor made advices/ introduced to techniques which allowed me to decode, declutter, decompress and manage my thoughts. Ms. Khilly has on numerous occasions simplified complex mental jumbles and all of it has been conveyed in a friendly, non threatening, calm and coherent manner.
