I see Mahika as a person I go to before every major change in life. I share with her my confusions and she just clears my head. It's like we go to a doctor for regular checkup. I go to her for my emotional checkup. The best part is she remembers my past. I feared Psychologists wouldn't remember what I told them but she does. She keeps connecting my pre conceived notions to present. I truly look forward to going to her because she's a mentor, advisor, friend and very considerate. I've been visiting her for over 9 months.
I came out of the therapy as a whole new person, who is more confident, gregarious and above all no longer anxious to take up new challenges. Now when i think of the last month when i was on the verge of ending my life, i smile at myself. I have grown up as a person now. I would 10 on 10 recommend Ms Mahika Malhotra's therapy.

Yes, she is well experience and qualified in her area of specialized subject. With her willingness to find out the route cause of the problem, her valuable guidance to control emotions for execution of actions indeed appreciated.
