And then the therapy and the entire process started ,and the changes start happening in my wife’s mindset and behaviour , things that didn’t happen in 7 years of our marriage start happening within days.

I couldn’t believe what was happening and it was like the movie “Dear Zinadagi “ kind of thing happening to my wife.

Now I realise how important is mental health, and also that many family members and friends are in need of this kind of therapy to make their life happy and enjoyable.
