She was really helpful for me to get through my issues and enlighten me the same. I had been going through worse stage of my life where i thought i would not be able to take any more of this stuff, but i got an appreciable help from her.
It was a good workshop; the second day being much more interesting and engaging. I feel the the theoretical aspects of the psychology topic can be taught with a pratical aspect to it.
