Too much Bloated stomach

Hi, My stomach becomes too much bloated after eating, however after freshening up in morning it reduces to some extent, not completely. I had all the tests done recently (blood test, gluten, lactose, ultrasound etc.) all the tests were normal. So i am assuming that this has to do something with the nature of food and my eating habits. Please help me reducing the bloated stomach. It would be great if i can get a diet chart or something. My height is 5'5" and weight is approx 54kgs. I do physical activities like zumba and dance, but no help. Please suggest.

Not able to reduce weight

No weight gain due to high metaboilism

Hi, i am 31 yrs old married guy having weight of 52 kg. When i consulted with an physician about my problem of not gaining weight. He said i have a high metaboilism beacuse of that i do not gain weight. Even i have gone through all the normal check ups like LFT and thyroid test but all the reports are normal. I even take healthy diet, drink milk, use lots of ghee still i am not gaining weight. Even when i see other guys those eat very less food than me still they have a healthy body. I sometime try to take body suppliments but after cheking their sideeffects i dropped that idea.This is a serious problem for me. Please let me know what to do.

Gaining weight

Two years ago I had a baby and gained 60lbs, before baby I was 120lbs, 5feet 3in. Right now I am 145lbs and Im trying hard to lose weight and get back to myself. I started going to the gym (month ago) 4 days a week and eating super healthy. I don’t eat sweet, drink soda or anything oily. Two weeks ago my weight started to gain like 6lbs I don’t know the real reason but I would like to get someone’s /professional help and lose unhealthy weight and get back to healthy life.I went to my family doctor he did the thyroid test and thyroid ultrasound, they both came negative and found out Im super healthy. But why Im still gaining so much of weight what should I do?
