Dr. Jyoti Arora Monga

My experience with Dr. Jyoti Monga was very nice. She listened to my problem with patience and explained about my diagnosis very clearly with genuine concern and generous approach.

I was diagnosed with Grade 1 piles and consulted a doctor at Gangaram Hospital, who advised surgery. However, my family was not in favor of undergoing the operation. Then, I visited Dr. Monga Medi Clinic and consulted Dr. Jyoti Monga. She assured me that there was no need to worry and that they would treat my condition effectively without surgery. She prescribed 15 days of medication, and now my problem is almost 70% cured. The doctor has advised me to continue the medicine for at least 45 more days.

Hi, I was very disturbed due to my extreme hair fall issue from last 2 years, I started visit many doctors and also took online medicine but did not work at all. But when I visited this clinic I thought this time also I have to leave empty handed but surprisingly the doctor was seems very nice as she started through a scientific way and did advise some blood test which I performed there only. Also I was given medicine for 2 months. ** ******* ******* ****** ** ***** I am happy the way the treated.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of follow-up communication as initially promised. I was informed that there would be follow-ups after 3 days and then weekly, but unfortunately, none of that has taken place.

There have been two occasions when I faced issues:

1. First instance: I reached out multiple times over two days without a response. It was only on the third day that a doctor finally contacted me.

2. Second instance: I called again with another issue and was told someone would get back to me, but no one has followed up to date.

She wanted me to do some thyroid test by stating that thyroid patients are likely to have stomach related issues and only after the tests, she can tell exact problem. To which I told her that I will do in 2-3 days from outside but she was even ready to start the treatment by paying her 2050/- for 15 days. *** *** *** ***** * ********* ******* ****** ********* *** ****** ** **** ******* ******* she only claimed that she can identify the problem only after thyroid test but she was all ready to start my treatment on the spot without thyroid test. ** * **** **** **** * ******** *** *** ****** **** * ******** * ***** *** ***** **** ***** ***** ***** * ******* ******** **** ******* ******* She must be more emphatic rather than only sympathetic and should give her patients that confidence that yes they have visited at right place. It might be that she cures the people very well but for me it was bad experience and highly not recommended.

Never go there. Or at least ask for the billing stats. They charge for the medicines and they will say it is our package. I went there and waited to get medicines they said it is not available now but we will send it to you. now, when it didn't arrive I purchased from somewhere else. Now, I asked for refund and they made me wait for days and I have to call everytime. one of their guy stopped picking up calls. Finally, when I spoke to doctor he said we cannot refund and we cannot change our protocol for you. We are providing packages not medicines and they never ever mentioned it before. I said you please keep the money I don't need it now. The girls gave you follow up call, doctor sees you, we are charging indirectly for that. I never ever provided a negative feedback to anyone but this time it was a deserving one.

I really thought my gastritis problem could be cured! But there are certain things that I need to highlight after visiting their clinic 3-4 times. Maybe it was only me who felt the need to stop visiting the clinic. They charge a lot of money even though the medicines that they give are not costly at all. Money is not the issue but they even forget what the patient is suffering from. 1.9k for one session? And all I got to hear is half heartedly given advice? They make me wait for almost 1 hour even though I visited according to my appointment timings. I told them I already had some medicines left with me but still they prescribe it to charge more. Why? Plus, the medicines didn't work for me except one syrup. Not defaming any doctor but I had to write this due to my personal experience. And if you people accept positive feedbacks to get more patients, you can delete this feedback but I hope this feedback will be useful for others as well. Thanks :)

It's a great experience at Monga Clinic. Actually, no one recommended me to go to Monga Clinic. I just went there after reading patient's reviews (As you are reading now). I had stomach ulcers and I was suffering for the last many years. I had 14 days treatment from this clinic & I am glad to say that I am pretty fine now.

The most important thing is, during your treatment they would call you and ask you about your health and that impress you. The behaviour of Dr is absolutely great.
