I had visited Elite Physiotherapy centre after doing rounds of several doctors and alternate treatment therapy for my Arthritis.

When u visited Dr Aijas clinic in Gurgaon , I was not able to walk for some distance and my pain used to come back , the moment he saw me he told me the problem . Dr Aijas was the first one to tell me what exactly my problem is and how he will treat me in the last 1.5 years no Physio in delhi and gurgaon was able to dignose my problem , had been struggling from 2 years but Dr Aijas did . He is amazing give full attention , he takes lot of pain himself to treat his clients , like he involves himself completely , he has a world class gym with all the modern facility even ice bath and souna with him 1.5 months of rehab my pain is almost gone i am feeling good and much better then before . Dr Aijas makes you workout & he also has a world class team of Physio & personal trainers , Miss Insha , Miss sonia ( who is world number 8 in taekwondo & Mr Shaurya who is an taekwondo Asian medalist.

With 15 days to go for my written exams, I could barely write.My hand automatically used to twist after writing a coule of words. Felt dejected. Went to an orthopedist who diagnosed it as tendonitis. Recommended a plethora of things to do, and suggested physiotherapy for 5 sessions. After taking a couple of sessions, I was told that my problem would require 2 weeks of no writing. Imagine being told so just before the biggest exams of your life. Luckily went to Dr Ajaz. Although I went to try out his physiotherapy session, he insisted on diagnosing me first. His expertise and confidence is foremost a soothing experience in itself. He explained the problem to me and explained the inadequate diagnosis done by previous doctors. Suggesting simple exercises without the focus on 'minting the patient' , he solved half my problem mentally. Also told me to avoid unnecessary medicines and expensive therapies. Now can't wait to follow his advices and get back on track. Will update review once I'm writing like a pro.
