I had visited Elite Physiotherapy centre after doing rounds of several doctors and alternate treatment therapy for my Arthritis.

Being 46 years old, my joint pains particularly in the knees had crippled my life. I couldn’t walk for long, climb stairs without a constant pain, I thought I would never be able to dance again, go to the hills….do the things I need to, to lead a normal life. Dr. Ajaz, diagnosis was spot on point.

He told me my knees were a symptom of a larger concern… no muscle strength, a complete lack of core strength, improper weight balance resulting in the onslaught of Arthritis. He recommended a full body package to ensure the problem doesn’t reoccur and to guarantee a full recovery. It took 20 days of daily treatment for the severe swelling on my ankles and knees to diminish. I could dance at my birthday party for 4 hours straight. I didn’t have to plead with my daughters to press my feet for longer. It’s a new form of freedom. Let’s be realistic, it takes more than 20 sessions, I still need to work on my muscles and core strength but now I can walk, dance and function like a normal person. In a month from now I am planning a trip to the hills with my children.

What more can I say but a big THANK YOU. Thank you for this new lease of life and I from my end promise to make basic exercise part of my lifestyle. It’s a lesson learnt the hard way. Thank you Doctor Ajaz and Shaheen and the lovely efficient assistants Ajmal and Qadir.

With 15 days to go for my written exams, I could barely write.My hand automatically used to twist after writing a coule of words. Felt dejected. Went to an orthopedist who diagnosed it as tendonitis. Recommended a plethora of things to do, and suggested physiotherapy for 5 sessions. After taking a couple of sessions, I was told that my problem would require 2 weeks of no writing. Imagine being told so just before the biggest exams of your life. Luckily went to Dr Ajaz. Although I went to try out his physiotherapy session, he insisted on diagnosing me first. His expertise and confidence is foremost a soothing experience in itself. He explained the problem to me and explained the inadequate diagnosis done by previous doctors. Suggesting simple exercises without the focus on 'minting the patient' , he solved half my problem mentally. Also told me to avoid unnecessary medicines and expensive therapies. Now can't wait to follow his advices and get back on track. Will update review once I'm writing like a pro.

This was my second time visiting Elite Physiotherapy and I would recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality physiotherapy services. While I sought back and leg pain treatment, Dr. Ahmad helped me realise that an ankle injury three months prior was the primary cause of the pain and misalignment. His team of physiotherapists are kind and genuinely prioritise patients' well-being to deliver great results. Not only did they focus on addressing my immediate concerns, but they also shared valuable guidance and education on injury prevention and long-term management. Very grateful them.

The only advice was that I would receive some videos for exercise.m, which I did not till now, There was nothing .

Totally disappointed and I would expect my money back.

I visited Dr. Ajaz for lower back pain treatment. First of all, I would like to say that they have all the required machines, therapies and exercise equipments which is the good part.What I didn't like is the attention that is given to the patient after the 1st session. In total I had taken 8 sessions regularly, but after the 1st session, Dr.Ajaz did not give his attention towards me which was required. I was being given all the treatment by his staff help Mr. Kadir Tyagi. ** ** *** **** **** ****** **** *** ********* *** *** *** **** ****** ** ***** For 7 sessions I was doing one exercise completey wrong which was later on corrected on the final day by the other staff help. He just told me the basic exercises and that too he did not tell or corrected the form and posture for the exercises. Moreover, Dr. Ajaz is aware that there is a lot of scope for improvement in the exercise sessions provided by his staff help then why should the patients be provided with such type of sessions when they are paying Rs.1500 for every session.In a total of 8 sessions that I took, Mr. Ajaz would have spent 30 min in total on me with attention. Rest of the treatment was being given by his helpers. Dr.Ajaz was busy with new patients and din't give treatment to the patients that have been coming regularly.* ***** *** **** *********** **** ***** ********* *** *** ********* *********** *** ********* *** ***********In all I have spent Rs.2200 for the 1st session that included his consultation and rest 7 sessions were Rs.1500 each. There is no professionalism in their services.
