Being 46 years old, my joint pains particularly in the knees had crippled my life. I couldn’t walk for long, climb stairs without a constant pain, I thought I would never be able to dance again, go to the hills….do the things I need to, to lead a normal life. Dr. Ajaz, diagnosis was spot on point.

He told me my knees were a symptom of a larger concern… no muscle strength, a complete lack of core strength, improper weight balance resulting in the onslaught of Arthritis. He recommended a full body package to ensure the problem doesn’t reoccur and to guarantee a full recovery. It took 20 days of daily treatment for the severe swelling on my ankles and knees to diminish. I could dance at my birthday party for 4 hours straight. I didn’t have to plead with my daughters to press my feet for longer. It’s a new form of freedom. Let’s be realistic, it takes more than 20 sessions, I still need to work on my muscles and core strength but now I can walk, dance and function like a normal person. In a month from now I am planning a trip to the hills with my children.
