Mr. Vikas Ray

Mr. Vikas Ray, a dynamic young professional with Master’s degree in Special Education and Social Work; and a PhD Scholar. With over 17 years of wide experience at national level including Govt. Organizations like IGNOU and Non-Government Sector. He is currently heading Learning Ladder, a neuro-development and remedial education center, that offers state-of-the-art interventions across life-span for children and adults with developmental delays and learning disorders. He has developed India’s first and one-of-its-kind software for assessment, programme planning and progress monitoring for children with special needs; which is achieving great appreciation from the professional community. Additionally, he is associated with many national level organizations as a Resource Person, Governing Body, Consultative Committee and Advisory Board Member.
