I visited the clinic for the treatment of my Mother. She is 74 years. We visited the Doctor on 7th Sep. The fees mentioned on Practo is for 15 minutes. From 15 to 30 minutes the fees is 1500. We again took an appointment on 28 Sep and reached the clinic. The doctor was not there and no information was given to us. The staff present there gave an appointment for 2nd Oct and on 1st we got a call that doctor is out of station. * ***** ****** * ****** *** *** ****** *** ** * ************* *** ********* ** * ******* ** **** *** *** ********* ** ***** ***** *** *********** Never seen such unprofessional before.

2) There is no confirmation on doctor availability on the day of the appointment.
3) Fees displaced is only for 15 mins...there is added fees for more time spent with the doctor
4) Nobody lets you know that you get get charged exponentially for more time you spend with the doctor....its very distasteful that even the doctor does not mention that..for mental health conditions, better management was expected
5) There is obviously a need to come back and get tests done... which in this particular case, I will have to avoid.
