I have taken appointment for my family member and visited the hospital for Neurology concern. Doctor was really very good and she has done the check up. After that she has explained each and every details for us so that we could understand the issue. After that she has prescribed for some medicines and after following her treatment we could find the difference in the health and we are 90% satisfied with treatment. It was Covid time but hospital staff were cooperative and responsive with us. I would like to recommend this doctor for my friends and family member if required in further
I have taken appointment for my father for Neurology concern and we have visited the hospital. Doctor was quite good and done the check up after that he had prescribed for some test and medicines. For this medicines we could not see more difference in my father health and there was long wait time for us and we had to wait for 1:30 hours to 2 hours for our appointment. If any of friends or family members needs neurology concern means I would like to recommend this doctor.

In November 2019 I was diagnosed with ADEM. I was under Dr Rima Khan she was rude with my father doesn't explain what was exact problem. When he asked for reasons for the disease she said "bhout reasons ho sakte h. Ab mai kya batu." after being discharge I again got ADEM then when we went to visit her she doesn't even listen to my problem and write down 4 medicines and ask me to leave on the same day in evening I got serious and then finally I change my doctor.** ********* ****** *** ** ****** *** ******** *** ********* ***** ** ** *******

My brother was admitted to Fortis under her. She seemed unfriendly and rude while answering queries or explanation of any sort of problem.
To my surprise, on the day of discharge, she was unaware of tests done by hospital staff under her. Said that she thought they would have done it.

Unaware of diet provided to patient by hospital staff.

Does not explains instructions well and then puts it on attendants for not taking care of it.
She is unprofessional doctor because became I visited few days ago because my wife get problem due to veins pain she advised me for MRI my wife done MRI also .but post report inspection she write only two types tablets **** *** **** ****** ******* **** * ******* ** ******* ****** **** ****** **** ** *** ** **** ****** ***** **** *** ***** ** ****** *******so my request to all coming patients in hospital don't visit this doctor... thanks

She was late. I explained the overall problem good and she took my explanation correctly and advised tests and medicines **** ************ She shared all the information I needed, a pretty experienced doctor.
Quite rude with elderly ... my mother went for a consultation first of all she rudely asked to stand back.. then she said inhe kuch nahi vaham hai.... not paying 1000 rs for hearing such rude language and such a behaviour ... doctors must remember hospitality too.. patients are visiting you because of trust such a attitude is not acceptable

Talked so rudely with my mother who was agonizing with pain She uses phrases like " dimag theek hai tumhara".. And said rudely on phone " koi jaadu nahi ho jaega dawai se, wait karo" **** **** ******* ***** ** ****** ********* ***** *** ** ******* Not at all compassionate for patients.

For the brain stroke I had to go to Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh and I got fit after getting the right treatment from Dr. Rima Khanna. I am forever grateful to the doctor for her help.
