I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely wanted to share my experience with Dr. Pradhan.

I had been suffering from severe constipation for a long time and had consulted many doctors across Delhi NCR. Most of them just prescribed medicines for constipation, but no one tried to find the actual reason behind my problem. Despite taking different medications, I wasn’t getting any real relief.

Then I found Dr. Parjani on Practo, and things finally started to change. He patiently listened to all my concerns, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me understand what could actually be causing my symptoms. After the tests he recommended, I was diagnosed with SIBO.

I’m still on medication, but I’ve already seen around 80% improvement, which is something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Parjani for his ********** patience, and the way he treats his patients. If you’re struggling with long-term digestive issues and haven’t been able to find the right diagnosis, I would highly recommend consulting him.

The doctor gave a good diagnosis and clearly explained the root cause. His communication was very detailed and specific, and the appointment started right on time.

I consulted the doctor for issues related piles ,blood in stool,i was quite worried ar first,but the doctor rajesh patiently explained my condition in a very clear and simple way.the diagnosis was accurate ,and the treatment plan was effective.with proper medication and guidance ,my symptoms started improving within a few day.the dr rajesh padhan supportive throughout the treatment.i highly recommend this doctor to anyone suffering from piles bleeding in stool,truly satisfied with the treatment and care provided.

Dr. Rajesh Padhan is a very good gastroenterologist **** ****** ********* *** *********** He has done DM gastroenterology from AIIMS.

He listens carefully to my problems and explains the problem in simple language. His treatment is clear, effective, and personalized for me.I feel comfortable and confident under his care. He is also skilled in advanced endoscopy procedures and provides modern treatment options.

Overall, Dr. Rajesh Padhan is a reliable and caring doctor for all digestive health issues

I visited Dr. Pradhan for severe bloating and persistent gastric issues. Dr. Pradhan’s diagnosis was accurate and insightful—he identified that my symptoms were due to SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), which was the underlying cause of my bloating and digestive discomfort. After starting the prescribed treatment, I have been feeling significantly better and have noticed a considerable improvement in my overall health and well-being.

Excellent doctor for constipation and piles issues.the treatment was effective and i noticed a good improvement with in period .highly recommended dr rajesh padhan.

After lengthy treatment for swelling, IBS, and other issues, my physician advised me to consult a gastro to address nutrient absorption problems, break IBS cycle, swelling etc. I searched Practo and found Dr. Rajesh Kumar Pradhan was highly rated with glorified comments so, we visited him.

I showed him the list of symptoms I had written with little history. I tried explaining my issues but he kept cutting me off to prescribe a Hydrogen breath test claiming it was necessary to identify potential gut issues caused by bad bacteria. The test was unique and only available at the clinic, so we booked it. We were the first to arrive and as time was passing, more and more people were pouring in to get the same test done. They, like us, were first-timers just prescribed the test without any prior diagnosis. 3 with me and more in the other room.

The assistant explained the test was for SIBO - Doc studied for it in Germany, so far 70% people tested +ve for SIBO, very few doctors know about this. Doctor had left by the time result arrived which was +ve so I was told we will WhatsApp you prescription since it was over 2 hr drive. Unfortunately, it contained medications I was already taking, without additional supplements like iron or calcium. I tried to explain it to the doc ************ ****** **** that these meds have not helped, I am deteriorating, I was getting depressed in life due to weakness etc. He asked me to visit.

We travelled for 2 hr to reach him and he basically justified us his prescription. He did not prescribe supplement because I don't need Iron or calcium, there is nothing else wrong with me other than SIBO and if these medications don’t help me then we will follow an invasive method to clean gut, no other solution. We had to push him to read my blood report and upon reading he took a pause and said maybe you can take calcium. But since my haemoglobin is normal, low iron count did not matter, my KFT was normal so he explained that english to hindi, when I told I had already taken this prescription, my condition is worsening - he literally told me I am mental and one SOS medicine is going to help me with anxiety. Upon reminding him once again for my other symptom, i.e., swelling, he suggested I visit general physician to give me a diagnosis, it is not gastro related.

In hindsight, the hydrogen test was unnecessary, if this was the medication required to treat it. It was for monetary benefit and database. I felt unheard and frustrated. These doctors know they possess the technical knowledge so they exploit us however they want. It was one thing to abuse my time and money but if he was only going to justify his prescription, he could have done it on call or text, no need to make us travel all the way when my MIL was hospitalized. Over and above that, he used my complain of emotional strength to justify my symptoms and his prescription making me more emotionally frustrated.

Visited the doctor for abdominal pain and piles treatment.the dr listened carefully,explained the problem properly and prescribed effective medicines.feeling much better now with reduced pain and discomfort.highly recommended for piles and stomach related issues.
