The doctor appears to be primarily focused on getting the breath analyzer test conducted, which is available only at his clinic. He was not available to review the report or prescribe medication himself; instead, the prescription was being handled by his coordinator, who was currently on leave. Additionally, the clinic had refused to provide a printed copy of the report, citing printer issues, and has stated that only a PDF will be shared—again through the same coordinator who is unavailable.
