We contacted Ms. Diya & The Mind Research Foundation via a search on the Practo app for "Grief Counseling". We expected that there would be many people in pursuit of support to manage various emotions due to the many losses since the COVID started in 2020, but we did not expect that we ourselves would experience such huge effects of the deaths of our elder generation over the course of the past twenty-four months or so.
more..Ms Diya Kapur is my psychologist and I am having really impactful sessions with her every week. She have helped me with my anxiety issues, self esteem issues via many different methods like CBT. She have helped me in realizing repetitive patterns that I follow which leads to affecting my mental health negatively and also have helped me in working on them. Previously too I have taken counseling session but with Diya ma'am I feel my growth trajectory is more faster. I will highly recommend Diya ma'am!

She did not give any solution or suggestions instead asked to come again as she will need deeper understanding of issue...Like we shared all information for 40 minutes *** **** *** **** ** ****** ** **** ******** ***** ***** **** ****** *** **** ***** **** *** ** ******* *** ********..She did not suggested any solution from her side and when asked for it she told you can do some mindfulness or reading..***** ***** *** *** **** ********** ** **** ** *** ****** ** **** ********. She told she will share her finding or observations via email but she did not do that either. No value received by consulting her. Doctor should be there to help us.. Also they are not sharing any prescription ** * ** *** **** ** *** *** * ********* ************ ** ****
