Even if you can’t explain it yet, what you’re feeling still matters. Not knowing exactly what’s going on doesn’t make it any less real! Maybe you haven’t felt like yourself lately, and you’re not sure why. Whatever it is, you don’t have to navigate it alone. She is an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist, and she’s here to co-create a space with you that helps you be your true self. One wherein there is no judgement, and no pressure to have it all together. Here, you’ll slow down, and try to make sense of things, one step at a time. Together, you might look at patterns from your past that still shape how you see yourself and relate with others around you. She may also help build practical skills to help you manage intense emotions, set boundaries, and stay grounded in the present. Rather than fighting difficult thoughts or feelings, you’ll learn how to make space for them, and move toward what really matters to you. She shapes her work based on what feels most relevant and helpful to you, wherever you are right now. And just like therapy can offer room to pause, she tries to find her own balance through sipping ice cold coffees, formatting spreadsheets, or watching old sitcoms.
