Very disappointing experience with Dr. Gurudutt Khurana and GS Care. For my son’s hand injury, I was advised a hard plaster for a month based on the X-ray and clinical assessment. A subsequent opinion from a senior orthopaedic specialist found no hairline fracture and no justification for such prolonged hard plastering.
The clinic’s response to my review, rather than addressing these concerns, only reinforces my concern about incompetence *** ** ************* ***** ********* More importantly, no invoice was provided on the day of consultation/treatment.
