I had visited Dr.Vinay for medical consultation and paid the required consultation fee on the mentioned date. However, when I returned for a follow-up visit on 04 August 2025, just 3 days later, solely to show the prescribed test reports as advised, I was charged the full consultation fee again.

Visited For Medical Vitiligo Treatment
The appointment fee was 2000 rupees, which was reasonable. During the consultation, he asked me to check my vitiligo patches using a so-called woodlamp. It was nothing but a regular UV light. He then suggested that I undergo laser treatment for each patch, assigning random numbers for months and years of recovery. After the consultation, he suggested that I pay 1000 rupees per patch per session. However, when I checked the billing, I realized that they had charged me 3000 rupees for simply observing my patches with the woodlamp. This was not mentioned before, and I was not informed that they charge separately for this service. When I requested the invoices for all charges, they provided me with medicine and GST bills. However, when I asked for the woodlamp charges and appointment invoice, they asked me to pay an additional 18% GST amount, which amounted to 540 rupees. **** ** ***** ******* **** ********* ******** ** *** ******* ** ****** **** **** **** ******** ************

I met this doctor for one of skin condition of my son. I had to visit him for a total 5 times since you shouldn't change the doctor once you start treatment form one. Till the 4th visit he kept on saying "ho jayega ho jayega" giving me same medication every time. On the 5th visit he changed my medicine for 20 more days ***** * ***** ***** *** ****** **** *** *** **** ******* ******** He'd just been trying to get me to consult him again and again with no hope for treatment so that in the end I would go for surgery at his clinic for a hefty fees. Pathetic experience but a lesson well learnt.
