I had a very bad experience with Dr. Dahiya and his team.
To start with I got root canal treatment for one tooth and crown for my two front teeth at the nationwide clinic in Vaishali, Ghaziabad on Sep 20 2014 through him and his colleague Dr. Vinaya. After six months the clinic got shut and my crown also got dislodged which is when I reached out to him at the Dipakshi clinic where he himself fitted my crown *********** due to which my whole gum got swollen. Then I consulted another doctor who did equally bad job.
The problems kept recurring in the last two years.
Now when I consulted an another dentist as my crown had again loosened which caused food deposits under it resulting in foul smell, I was told that the crown was incorrectly made and hence the constant problem. There is some surgery required now as the infection is spread all over.
Am appalled that such senior doctors who charge a bomb make the patients suffer so much. The warranty card that has come with the crown clearly states that it will not take care of fitness to a particular purpose OR prosthesis failure due to improper selection. It costed me Rs. 25000/- so now what do I do. Who do I blame and where do I go? When I call Dipakshi hospital am never able to speak to Dr. Dahiya so all the patients please think before you consult this doctor.
