Dr.Tanvir is wonderful.The process from our consultation to my daughter getting her braces went quick.The consultation appointment with Dr.Tanvir was very informative and he explained the process to us so that we understand how the treatment process will go as planned.Not only explaining it in models he provided pictures of her teeth so that we can see a change as treatment progresses.I am very happy that we chose Dentem. Our experience was great! My daughter was nervous to get braces ,but he showed us how great braces are! And for my other daughter we got her retainer aligner treatment done here. Her braces treatment was with some other doctor.but we later switched to Dr.Tanvir as we felt more comfortable there and my daughter was more happy with treatment there.

At the outset, I was most impressed with Dr Tanvir's adherence to Covid-19 preventive measures. Even before entering the clinic, I was vetted for fever. His clinic was sanitised daily. I was promptly issued foot coverings at the clinic so I wouldn't contaminate other areas. Dr Tanvir was fully PPE-suited when he examined me. Then I realised each patient was treated in different examination rooms and a room was only re-used after it was re-sanitised. Needless to say the dental professionalism of his team is under-rated but kudos also to the effort Dr Tanvir executed to protect his patients and staff from Covid-19 infection.

I got my orthodontic treatment done from Dr. tanvir and he provided a complete road map of the treatment and i was surprised how quickly and painlessly got my upper brackets installed and even the cleaning and scaling done made a huge difference to the appearance of my teeth.

Most of the times the brackets need tightening and adjustment according to your teeth movement and Dr Tanvir made sure it's not delayed at all and it was a really kind of him to see me on a Sunday as well when i had a just a slight irrtation due to an ulcer.

You will not feel you're going to a clinic it feels so much different than all the other clinics ive seen and all credit goes to Dr.Tanvir.
