I recently visited Dr. Shivam Sethi for an eye issue for both my son and myself, and the experience was excellent. We were dealing with allergic conjunctivitis along with severe dry eyes, and at one point I was even struggling to see clearly.
Dr. Sethi stood out for his calm and patient approach. He took the time to explain the condition in a very clear and reassuring manner, without rushing through the consultation. What I especially appreciated was his conservative and thoughtful treatment—he prescribed only minimal medication, which was both effective and reassuring.
