Dr. Shiba Kalyan Biswal

I consulted Dr. Shiba for breathing issues of my mother, who is 67 years old. She was suffering from severe bronchitis and had severe breathing issues. He listened patiently, did not prescribe unnecessary tests, and gave some tablets and inhaler. My mother got better within 2-3 days. I consulted him for my 87 yrs old grandfather for his cough, fever and blood in sputum. He very diligently examined him and wrote minimal tests. We met Dr.Shiba for a expert opinion regarding the presence or recurrence of TB in my 17 yrs old daughter ,who had been treated in the past but there was some x-ray findings.The primary physician referred us to get a Pulmonologist opinion regarding the need for any further treatment with Anti-tubercular therapy. Dr.Shiba did a thorough check-up with a repeat x-ray.
