Dr Ruchi Aggarwal is an IBCLC, Lactation consultant and counsellor , Ayurvedic consultant and & Yoga expert specialized in pregnacy and post natal yoga .Dr Ruchi Aggarwal has passed from prestigious institute of Dhanvantri Ayurvedic College , Chandigarh . She has vast experience of 11 years in field of alternative medicine . Since 2016 she is working in the field of lactation and diet counselling . She is an International certified Lactation consultant (IBCLC) and Certified yoga expert in pre and postnatal yoga . She has worked extensively with expecting and post pregnancy mothers , supporting them with antenatal and postnatal yoga and post delivery weight loss regiemes and also expertise in establishment of breastfeeding supporting through advice on lactation and also diet counselling . Apart from this she has special interest in various chronic illness of all ages ,especially skin , joints , gastric issues and weight management using minimal medications and side effects .
