Doctor is good but the guy who sits on reception doesn't know how to manage patients.. I had an appointment at 7.15pm and I waited till 8.10pm as he was not able to manage this..

My appointment time was 2 PM, i reached there at 1:50 PM, and doctor was went for for. I was the only patient and 1st in the queue so i waited till 2:45 PM, when she came, 2 patients went inside without their turn and when i asked nurse to stop them then she said they are here to show reports only. So I waited another 20 Min.
