Poor for panel OPD, or general OPD.
First time in my life, has seen doctor writing a test and prescribing vitamin tablets without even seeing patient, listening the issues, seeing the reports.
Coming 2 hrs late can happen on any bad day with anybody but treating patients like this is unfair. Since patient has come under department panel and paid lesser than the private OPD at hospital or at her personnel clinic, the treatment should not be given hastily. It creates lesser faith in doctor and more faith in money.

*** ** **** * ****** ********** ******* **** **** ******** I visited her for my wife's Headache. We had ecg reports already. She just denied to see any other doctors report. She prescribe us for MRI & also mention she will only check it when we'll done it by their clinic or parmanand hospital (Parmanand Hospital MRI Charges - 7500 & HOD Charges 3999). Please see the Difference. Next time when we visited her with MRI Report. She says everything is ok but now we have to get eeg. I said mam we already have eeg report, she again said she will not see any other's report. We have to do it from parmanand hospital or by her own clinic that will cost us approx 6000 but in HOD its just 2200

I visited Tirath Ram hospital. First day she gave me one test. I got tested that reports normal from another lab and when she saw the normal report she said how can your reports come normal if you have problem so these reports are of no use and are forgery and thrown my reports.
She said me for test in their own lab for extra charges. Even she mentioned her own rate for the test on the prescription slip for their own Mean . And if you don't get the reports from their lab ,She will not treat you.

* **** **** ** *** **** ***** * ********* *** **** ** *** ******* *** **** ******* ********** I was admitted in Tirath Ram Hospital and my doctor was Dr.Garima Gupta where she handled my case efficiently but then in OPD she give hardly 1 minute to a patient, when i asked about my disease, what is exactly issue and what to do further n all she told me "this is not a private OPD, **** **** * **** **** ***** ***** **** **** **** * ***** *** ******** ******** ***** (she asked me to get my EEG done from her clinic, she has own clinic KBC in Kamla Nagar which she recommends but the consulting fees is 1000 and other tests charges extra).
Overall, it's like agar aap unki private clinic me jaaoge then she will talk to u politely and understand you as a caring doctor ******* ** ******** **** *** ******* **** ****.
As a doctor, she is amazing but she need to understand everyone is not rich enough.
