I Visited to Visitech Eye Centre 14th August 2020.
The hospital seems very neat and clean as it should be during Covid19 pandemic. Social distancing was also following in the waiting area.
On the reception all the staff were wearing mask and very politely handling the patients. After submitting by fee i was waiting for my turn.
Centre have 7 doctors, I got the chance to be examined by Dr Charu Mithal.
There was itching in my eyes due to weather change or rainy season.
She was very polite and listen my problem carefully. Examined my eyes with the help of their equipment.
She prescribed me 2 eye drop to use 3 times in a day and suggest me to come after 3 days.
The condition improved when i visited next and she suggest me to take some multi vitamin for the improvement.
Now Itching is completely gone and redness was also disappear.

Dr Charu is just a perfectionist and goes out of the way to comfort her patients. I visited her for conjunctivitis and she not only treated it well but detailed me about all its aspects and care. Whenever, I faced difficulty I just messaged her and she herself called back to understand my trouble and suggested the right treatment. Her understanding of the disease and treatment is unmatched with just the minimal medicine to prescribe. I would recommend only her when it comes to Ophthalmology

I visited on 9 July 2019 to Visitech Eye Centre as my eyes were having itching problem & something stuck into my eyes from last 3 weeks.
There Doctor Charu told me that there is nothing to worry & this is only because of dust, there is problem in my eyes. And she simply gave me a normal eye drop and asked me to come after one week.

Again I went to Visitech Eye Centre on 10 July 2019. That day suddenly she told me that I am having eye allergy and she added some more eye drops and gel.** *** ****** ** **** ****** *** *** ******** Then I went on 15 July 2019. That day again doctor suddenly told me that eye drops are not reacting because there is lots of discharge in my eyes. She prescribed me some oral medicines.***** *** ***** ******* ****** ** *** *********** ** ***** ********* ** **** **** **** **** * **** ** ****
First day she told me there is nothing in my eyes.
Second day she told me that there is allergy in my eyes.
Third time she told me that because of heavy discharge, eye drops are not working on allergy.

I visited the centre for my lasik smile surgery, Dr. Charu was really comforting and explained the procedure really nicely to me.
The surgery was painless and I was back to my normal life from the very next day!
