At Batra's, every visit takes two and a half hours of waiting time, which is too much frustrating. But treatment wise, everything is quite satisfactory. I am almost finished with three months course now. The doctor has given complete information regarding the issues and treatment purpose. The results are as expected with positive outcome.

Even though I am happy with the doctor for her caring and friendly approach, I am not very happy with the services. They don't respond to phone calls at times. The delayed reports are really annoying. I have still not received my test reports which was supposed to give days before. For acne treatment, one year course have been chosen and six months is completed already. But no major improvements are seen yet, But the final outcome is awaited with the treatment completion.

I have visited Dr Batra Janak Puri Clinic almost 8 months ago for my Hair fall and Gastrointestinal problem and met Dr Alka there and started my treatment as per the dr. recomendations.

I have paid in the beginning for both of my treatment including all my therpy and promised that within 3 to 6 months you will started receiving the benefits of homepathic. *** **** *** ******* ** **** ***** ** ** *********** ** ** ****** ******* Also the clinic doesnt offer any services.

Long Que and waiting hours no more will be a surprised for you as it was a single dr clinic earlier , *** **** * ******* *** ***** *** ******* ******** Even if you have prior appointment then also you need to wait.

The staff specially the therapist and the receptionist are highly unprofessional. They just keep rerouting the patients from one counter to another. it seems like no one knows anything what to do including the doctor.

I also found the doctor is no more interested in your treatment as she is not ready to listen, very rude, unprofessional and dominating ***** ******* *** ** **** ** **** ***** ****** ******** ** *** **** ** **********

Over and above when you share experience with the doctor and let her know your challenges in terms of getting the appointment, getting the therapies done ** ********* ** *** ******* **** ** **** the doctor are not ready to help in terms of solving the issues.

Request the doctor to have little firm, polite and humble towards the patients. At the same time understand the importance of others. money.

She is very rude.Does not want to listen at all.************* *** arrogant. NO AT ALL PATIENT FRIENDLY

I am consulting Dr. Alka Sharma from past one year. I am very happy with her assistance and also with their hospitality. I have never gone through any issues until now. Everything is perfect and I am satisfied with the treatment as well.
