Dr. Deepa Gupta

Dr Deepa Gupta is the Director and Partner of Lasik Laser Centre, Lall 20/20 Eye Care . She is a Senior Consultant Cornea, Lasik and Cataract Surgery at Sector-45 & New railway road centres.Dr Deepa Gupta received her MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University. She has done her Masters in Ophthalmology from Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University. She did extensive 3-year super speciality training as a Senior Resident in Cataract Cornea and Refractive surgery from Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Delhi. She has also completed her Diploma National Board and is a Fellow of International Council of Ophthalmology, UK.She has worked as cataract, cornea and refractive surgery consultant with Centre for Sight for more than 5 yrs. She is well-versed in performing all kinds of cataract surgeries especially no injection, stitchless phacoemulsification with implantation of a variety of intraocular lenses. She is adept at corneal transplants including lamellar corneal transplants such as DALK and DSAEKs. Her wide experience in refractive surgery for removal of glasses include customised LASIKs, PRK, i-LASIK, SMILE procedures and Implantable contact lenses.Other key areas of interests are diagnosis and management of keratoconus such as performing C3r, INTACS and contact lens fitting as well as management of corneal infections i.e. microbial keratitis. She is also skilled in using various lasers in ophthalmology and management of glaucoma. She has expertise in all kinds of corneal and refractive surgeries, management of dry eye and ocular surface disorders. She also performs other corneal procedures like Pterygium excision, tattooing, BSK chelation, management of corneal perforations and lacerations etc.She is an active member of Gurgaon ophthalmological society (GOS), Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS) and All India ophthalmological society. She has also presented and published her work in the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) multiple times.
